NOTICE OF UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION AND COMMUNITY MEETING
Dear Residents,
Colorado Civil Infrastructure would like to inform you that construction activities in your area
are scheduled to begin in late May or early June 2025. These activities are part of an essential
infrastructure improvement project designed to enhance public utilities and road conditions
within your community.
During construction, road closures and restricted access to certain areas will be necessary to
ensure the safety of both the public and our crews. We understand that this may cause temporary
inconvenience, and we are committed to minimizing disruption as much as possible.
To provide more information and to give residents an opportunity to ask questions and share
concerns, we will be hosting a Community Meeting on:

Location: Pinewood Springs Fire Station
We encourage all residents to attend and participate. Your feedback is important to us as we
work to complete this project efficiently and with as little impact as possible on your daily
routine.
