Construction to begin soon! Click Here!
August 1, 2025. All new service lines on Buttonrock are hooked up to the temporary line, so they can start with digging on Estes Park Estates Dr - but this isn't happening until Monday (just confirmed with the excavator operator). They still plan on having a one way road through there, as opposed to just closing it entirely, but probably with a few short closures for moving machinery around, etc.
July 31, 2025. The construction crew will be hooking up lines on Buttonrock today. Please expect some service interruptions throughout the day in the Buttonrock, Buckhaven and Estes Park Estates areas.

NOTICE OF UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION AND COMMUNITY MEETING
Dear Residents,,
Colorado Civil Infrastructure would like to inform you that construction activities in your area are scheduled to begin July 7th, 2025. These activities are part of the PINEWOOD SPRINGS WATER IMPROVEMENTS project designed to enhance public utilities and within your community.
During construction, road closures and restricted access to certain areas will be necessary to ensure the safety of both the public and our crew. We understand that this may cause temporary inconvenience, and we are committed to minimizing disruption as much as possible.
You can expect a waterline shut off for transition to a temporary water line and another shut off to connect the newly installed line to the existing infrastructure.
We are working with the Fire Department and Sheriffs office to make sure there are methods of reaching everyone in the case of an emergency.
We will begin work on Button Rock Rd. and will be working until early/mid August. Then, the Wichita Rd. section will go through the rest of August. Following that, we will move to Cree Ct. where we will work from roughly the 1st to the 15th of September. The Last region will be Kiowa Rd. just past the bridge that will finish at the end of September/beginning of October.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to working with the community throughout this project.
Sincerely, Damian Chaidez Project Manager Colorado Civil Infrastructure Inc
